Chuseok, Korean Thanksgiving Day


October 4th 2017 is Chuseok – Korean Thanksgiving Day(August 15th in the lunar calendar)

In celebration of Chuseok, Buwon’s Koreans perform an ancestral rites.
Although the dishes are slightly different from Korea, we perform ancestral rites in polite.

In Vietnam, Chuseok is not a national holiday.
However, the Vietnamese people spend the day enjoying the moon cakes, dancing with a lion mask, and holding a lantern festival.
